Our Model
Our model is a little different than the typical investment firm. As serial entrepreneurs ourselves, our value is more than just capital. We provide hands on operational expertise as well as access to our network of proven vendors, advisors and service providers. We are first and foremost partners to our portfolio companies and invest as shareholders, lenders, or sometimes a combination of the two.

We typically focus on startups and lower middle market companies with defensible barriers to entry - typically in niche manufacturing, business services, and value-added distribution.
